As a new real estate salesperson three years ago, I took a short e-certification course online provided by my company, e-PRO, however, has given me the more detailed information I need at this point in my career. As I have completed each section I have worked to put into practice many of the recommendations. I still have more technology enhancements to complete (primarily with my website), but I feel I am well on my way thanks to this course.
 

What a course! Seems so few of us have taken this, yet, it has such great benefits for all levels of technology. I am so excited to have completed this course, well, except for the Final Exam; at long last. I'd heard this course was well worth the money spent, yet never dreamed I'd be excited to reduce ideas to a real plan, in writing, to be placed in front of my office desk for me to see daily. I am setting aside one hours each Monday morning to review this list, add and modify as needed, and make this a working plan for the remainder of my career.

The first time I took the course was the original course in 2000 and I was one of the original e-PRO 500. Then, when the 3 Amigos took it over and revamped the course I took it again in 2002 and it was much improved. This time I wanted to take the Web 2.0 course and with it I had the chance to take the e-PRO course again, knowing that much has happened in technology since 2002 naturally I jumped at the opportunity. I am so glad I did. Guys, you have outdone yourselves, this is the best yet! I thought this would be a refresher, it was so much more. Thank you so much.

Like many of you, I wish I had taken this course years ago. Although this is the final assignment, there is so much I look forward to implementing over the coming months. When I think of all of these pieces of technology I have utilized without a plan in place, kind of a shotgun approach when something was of interest, I think effort and time lost. It will be exciting to get the pieces into their proper place and utilzing them to generate new business. Just a wonderful course.

The e-pro course should be required with the real estate license certification. Nowadays doing business means having a presence on the internet. Where else can you get so much background and updated technology information to understand how everything ties into each other for so little money.Thank you e-pro.

e-PRO has been, without exception, the most informative class that I have taken. I thank the writers of this course for bringing me into the 21st century. I will continue to take courses to keep my skills up to speed and will definitely utilize the information that I have learned. This course also helped me to get over the inclination to avoid the net as a marketing tool. As a matter of fact, I have already obtained my domain name for each of my companies and look forward to the great challenges ahead. Thank you again e-PRO for a great learning experience.
 

I'm done! It wasn't until I took this course that I realized how little I'd been utilizing the technology I'd spent hundreds of dollars developing. There were so many great ideas within the course as well as references via blogs and outside links. I found inexpensive solutions to digital photography during one of the exercises. Prior to the course I'd spent hours on Google, Amazon and other search engines trying to find just the right lens and/or camera for wide shots. Very helpful, educational and thought provoking course. More than that? I believe the knowledge I've gained here will increase my income in both the short and long term.

As a young Realtor, I battle against the seasoned agents in getting new business because of lack of knowledge. After completing this course I feel like I will go into listing presentations looking like a technology professional. I hope that using all this great information I can create a new business plan and reach my goals for 2010.

I went into this course thinking that it was going to be really easy and that I would know most of the content (as I have been a realtor for over 12 years). Wow! Was I surprised and amazed! I have learned so much throughout this course and have recommended it to many. I have enjoyed doing the assignments and love that I know where to go to get more information from credible sources. I look forward to an exciting future with blogs and online communities!

I really enjoyed it, and plant to keep returning to get a check up from the neck up every once in a while.

I would certainly recommend this course to anyone in the real estate business whether they were new or had been in the business for a long time. It seems to be well designed so that it reaches the tech experts or the novice. It was really appreciated how everyone contributed on the Wiki with excellent input. Before taking the course I thought I was starting to become fairly knowledgeable, but Wow I learned so much that now I have to digest it.
 

I enjoyed the class and think it should part of every Realtors continued learning process. Really liked the module layout and tried to do one module per day or two , so finished this course in just over a week. I grew up in Silicon Valley and was in the technology Field for over 25 yrs and have worked on products and services that have not arrived to the market yet, Technology can be your best friend or your undoing, so ePro is a great start on a positive step enjoy.

Although I'm not a REALTOR, as association staff, I serve REALTORS. It's imperative to know the challenges of those I serve to best anticipate and support their needs. Despite my formal training in technology, I learned many new concepts from this course (you can teach an old dog new tricks). I recommend this course especially to the new agent; those who have grown up with the technology will have no problem adopting new tools. But because there are so many tools available, homework (facilitated by this course) should be done by these early adopters, since the bells and whistles can entice when resources are especially limited. 

I like the course-emphasis on planning. When one knows what they don't know and then learns it, they realize the greatest return on their investment in technology. And fun follows!

THIS COURSE IS TERRIFIC AND IS FULL OF DEPTH. As a former University Professor and one moderately along the "Techie" trail, I admit to not expecting too much...WRONG. I have learned far more that the fee would imply! I look fwd to the Social Media Course as well.

I don't see how anyone can do well in the future without this course, unless they are blessed with a "ton" of referral family!

I was previously the IT site manager for the second largest nuclear in the US. Soon after taking an early retirement and moving to a new state (from Delaware to South Carolina) I realized that I had too much time and energy to relax full time. I'm just starting my real estate career so with my IT background becoming ePRO certified was a natural fit. What I didn't realize was how many innovative ways I can use technology to enhance and further this new endeavor.

I'm getting ready to complete my e-PRO course and I have to say that I thought I was quite knowledgeable about the internet, e-mail and web sites. What a surprise. I am re-motivated to improve my business now more than ever. I continue to work full time at a hospital, while slowly building my real estate clientele. Just an FYI, I was a medical transcription service owner for 20 years before I did the mid-life crisis thing and decided to finally get my real estate license.

As a person with 10 years of previous IT background, I started e-PRO with the attitude that it would just be a refresher of items that I had already seen, done, or heard about. From the first, I knew that this course would be something special.

It was geared toward technology, but in more of a marketing sense, how to take that technology and use it to prosper in the real estate industry.

I have learned a lot of good information and will be putting it to good use.

I recently "migrated" from the I/T industry; I can't imagine life without e-mail & the web.

I learned about e-PRO during my first week in Real Estate. I promised myself that I would postpone the development of a website until after I could complete the e-PRO coursework, and I'm very glad that I made myself the promise. The course is very informative and, in my opinion, laser-accurate with regard to the changes that are occurring in Real Estate industry.
